The working places, tools, machines and the offices are ergonomically equipped and critical processes have gone through a thoroughly research with the goal to decrease risks. 

The requirements of the occupational health and safety management system at a plant are closely related to the requirements of labour law regulations.
The fundamental element of this system is the evaluation of occupational hazards on every post at Dutron Srem Sp. z o.o. The straight away evaluation of occupational hazards allows to manage this field effectively and efficiently, which meets the law requirements in the field of occupational health and safety. Consequently the work conditions on individual posts improve fundamentally and the losses that result from improper work conditions or lack of taking appropriate preventive measures in the field of occupational health and safety are decreasing. Among the losses should be listed the costs of occupational accidents, occupational illnesses, sick leaves and replacement, unfavourable working conditions benefits and repair of machines and appliances.

The degree of securing safe and hygienic working conditions is connected with the height of the insurance premium that a company should pay against occupational accidents and illnesses.
