Our quality management system assures our overall procedures and working methods. Since 2004 we meet the requirements for the ISO9001:2000 standards. In the year 2009 Bureau Veritas Certification Poland awarded our high quality standards with the Excellent Quality Organisation Award.
 

Production control quality is also kept under close supervision. The performance level of production processes and tools is constantly monitored. Here we use Cpk and Ppk value analysis as an indicator of our performance. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is performed on the critical steps in productions where SPC-Software solutions help in  processing the data.
 

At the start of a new production process, our skilled engineers fulfil the complete preparation of procedures, tooling and instructions. In addition, we have the capabilities to prepare initial acceptance samples according to PPAP Levels, perform failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) and develop the complete assembly process according to well known lean manufacturing principles like Poka Yoke and 5S.
