You can expect high-quality products of Dutron and what is more, you can expect that the ready products arrive at the agreed moment at your organisation. The Logistic Department accomplishes these appointments in close cooperation with the Planning and Production department of Dutron.

The Logistic Department is represented by a team of 35 strong and enthusiastic colleagues. The infrastructure is in excellent condition and the warehouse is good equipped with a total surface of 2000 m². In average 400 orders per week are completed and shipped to Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands. 

The Logistic Department is divided into three groups:

Transport and Distribution
Dutron has the following fleet at its disposal:
- Seven big trucks with a content of 99 m³;
- One medium truck with a content of 40 m³.

The trucks shuttle from Śrem to Dieren and back three times a week. The distribution network in combination with the fleet offers a lot of logistical possibilities inside the transport areas of Dutron. We can get components and half productions from the sender and bring the complete assembly to the recipient against attractive costs.

Warehouse and Storage
Your components are transported, stored and assembled in excellent conditions. All the components are well insured by Dutron and the warehouse surface of 2000 m² is secured 24 hours/ 7 days a week.

Find below the overview of the most important activities in combination with the used techniques:

• Entry control of the components;
• In- and outbound of components in Exact;
• FIFO: Inbound and outbound of the goods take place according the FIFO system;
• KanBan: Dutron manages your stock and is thinking with you in order to protect that the stock level is not exceeding the maximum and the minimum limit.  According to KanBan the materials are supplied based on JIT-usage;
• Packaging;
• Inventory (also cycle inventory);
• Value add service, which contains:
  - Quality control by inbound and outbound;
  - Palletising;
  - In sealing;
  - Providing products/ boxes of etiquettes and sticker 
    with your wished barcode.

Customs and Trucking
Dutron takes care that your components are dispatched with the right methods as well as that the components are provided with a good documentation in order to make clear what the load contains. The transport documents can be sent to your organisation even before the components are dispatched in order for you to know which components you may expect.

Dutron is providing all necessary documents which are required by the European Union and the Schengen Countries. Besides Dutron is providing a specific transport document for the customers with information like quantities, weight and description.
