The range of training includes both theoretical and practical part 
that are connected with the tasks the workers are concerned with.
The theoretical part of our training covers the documentation 
used in our company:

- Technical drawings;
- Work instructions;
- Plans of quality inspection

The practical part covers the operation of machines and manual 
tools used during the production process as well as measurement 
of technical parameters of products on the precise measurement 
equipment.

The training department carries out trainings about qualitative 
acceptance of products.

All the gained skills are shown on the identification card issued 
to every production worker. In this card the level of acquired schooling 
can be recognized very easily.

The training department supports and works in conjunction 
with the engineering and quality departments.

The training department continually assesses the training needs 
of the production workers and seeks to deliver a quality training to them.
